All entries must be from businesses owned or run by women based in Hampshire UK (sole trader, limited company or partnership)

All nominations will be treated in strict confidence and viewed only by the judging panel

Initial assessment will be based on each entry submission

Judges will short-list the most outstanding submissions for each criteria of the five Award categories

Judges may need to contact short-listed candidates regarding the nomination to ask additional questions or to provide further evidence

Nominees will be informed of their progress by Friday 10th June 2011.

The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into before or after the judging takes place. Judges are exempt from entering any nominations to the awards.
